You Desrve Care.

Trans people are at the center of my work as a psychotherapist. I want to support growth and change that allows you to be more free and more alive. I am currently seeing clients in Pennsylvania via telehealth with Open Space Counseling, Consulting, and Wellness. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of PA and am a Nationally Certified Counselor.

Counseling is an opportunity for you to increase your wellbeing by deepening your connection to yourself and to your world. It is an opportunity for you to investigate strategies for negotiating life’s challenges and meeting personal and collective goals in different areas of your life. I believe that the individual capacity to grow and change is supported and enriched by connection to and care for others.

Our work together will be led by your goals for counseling and the knowledge and experience you bring to our collaboration, while also keeping an eye on the ways that the world around us shapes our experiences and has an impact on our lives in different ways. I believe that we can, in part, increase our own wellbeing through our awareness of and engagement in our communities, in addition to working to become more aware of ourselves and our needs and desires. My approach to counseling puts our relationship and you at the center, with an emphasis on social justice and personal and collective liberation. I am also interested in how we attend to the body and utilize somatic approaches when the client is open to exploring them.
